This Guy just came into my work, he drives a BMW. Has nice clothes, but bitches about our prices. Asks what it will cost him to clean his coat. $13.00 then he starts bitching, saying he didn’t pay that much for the coat. So I say, “well I doubt that unless you bought it at goodwill.” Well of course he didn’t buy it at goodwill. Of course. He’s just bitching up a storm then asks me the process of how we clean the pockets. Excuse me? So I tell him I’m not a professional cleaner, and I’m not sure what their exact process is. He says, “well you should know the process.
